1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed on kfn.klinczkielce.pl (part of the wBoksie.pl platform) is Smartside Multimedia, Al. Na Stadion 50/311, Kielce, Poland. For matters related to personal data protection you can contact us via the contact form.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form - name, e-mail address and message content; processed in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest).
- Accreditation form - data provided by media representatives (full name, media outlet, e-mail, phone); processed in order to handle accreditation for the event (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Boxer entry form - club and coach data (name, city, full name, year of birth, e-mail, phone) and data of the boxers entered (full name, PESEL number from which the date of birth and sex are derived, weight category); processed by the event organiser in order to handle the entry, verify the boxer’s identity and age and organise the competition (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The person submitting the entry declares that they have the consent of the boxers (or their legal guardians) to provide this data. The submitter’s e-mail address is confirmed with an activation link; the sender’s IP address is also recorded (protection against abuse). The controller of entry data is the organiser of the given event (indicated on the event website and in the Contact section); Smartside Multimedia processes it on the organiser’s behalf as the platform operator. The PESEL number is not published on the website or made available through the API — it is used solely to verify the entry and identify the boxer in the organiser’s records.
- Server logs - IP address, date and time of the request, browser; processed to ensure the security and proper operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistical and marketing data - only with consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Data of boxers, referees and teams presented on the website (names, club affiliation, sports results) is published as part of reporting on sports competition, on the basis of consents collected by the event organiser with entries to the competition.
